3/4/2022 – a haiku
Of words that are gold
One small wisdom I’ve been told:
Let this truth unfold
3/3/2022
How far must I go
How many horizons seek
How much chaos endure
Before the threads interweave
The tapestry forms
The harmonies of this stream
Sing
3/2/2022
Would but that I could
Change the stream
Bend its flow
Point it elsewhere
Alas that the stream ever carries me
And its mouth remains
Unmoved
3/1/2022 – a haiku
From the quiet dark
I emerge, wanting for naught
Naught but your soft touch
2/28/2022
Allow me this: to breathe this once
And for a time be still
To be not like unquiet ones
Whose lives are lust and will
2/26/2022
There is a silence hiding in the roar
A peace to find amidst the world’s chaos
A knowing that uncertainty e’er reigns
And order’s but a stone that will be dust
2/25/2022 – a haiku
I would savor this
This moment of truth and life
Live in it, ever
2/24/2022
Let me disappear
In your eyes
2/23/2022
If I speak softly
It is against the roar
Of my mind
