What truth can be found
In a place bereft of it
Where lies are language?

Have a seat by me
And tell me of your sorrow
I vow to listen

Let me see your depths
Gaze into your eyes’ ocean
And find treasure there

When does the sun rise
O’er a land shrouded in gloom
Lighting it with fire?

I sit in wonder
At the frequencies humming
That make such music

I beheld the gate
Its ageless stone and thick vines
Guarding bright wonders

Little do I know
Of the world beyond my own
But I can yet learn

Without this sweet song
Playing soft notes in my head
I could scarcely breathe

The universe sighs
Overhead, stars twinkle bright
And all moves as one
